Al margen de no saber leer o no quereer leer la publicación de la sentencia que exigen hacer cumplir en la portada de este Xornal, que no solo se publica los 3 meses, si no que, se hara indefinidamente para que los lectores se ilustren de hasta donde llega la maldad, de quien presuntamente se ha dedicado a saquear en la Xunta del Galicia, MASCARILLAS FALSAS, DONATIVOS PRESUNTO BLANQUEO, FRAUDE CONTABLE EN LA FUNDACION CELA y un largo etc que se ha negado el juzgado a investigar y documentar, con el siguiente literal "no se le de parte al ministerio fiscal ver documento judicial..+" , y el condenado por el juzgado de Santiago donde amenzaba en los pasillos el abogado de María del Mar con tener pleno control sobre las decisiones judiciales, cuando vive y trabaja y ejerce en A Coruña, es el periodista que ejerce por altruismo la Libertad de Expresión, dicho esto, el abogado de la asesora de Feijóo ya acumula aproximadamente más de 20 procesos judiciales contar el periodista amenazas al margen, solitud de informe forense para darlo por loco, que se afanan ambos en despojar de un 20% de un piso herencia del periodista al que ya han dejado lieralmente en pelotas, acoso en la UCI de un hospital al hermano que fallecio 3 dias después y ocultanción del historial clínico con un cáncer de Miguel Delgado, los malos tratos del asesor de Ayuso un aprendiz al lado de las "serpientes" cuyo caracter representan la asesora de Feijóo y su abogado, este último llega al punto de no saber ni leer cuando afirma que no esta en portada la sentencia, pero oculta que fotocopio todo el xornal completo para mas procesos judiciales del socio de Feijóo en Gijón, vinculado a Antonio Suárez Gutierrez dueño de GRUPOMAR al que pillaron con explosivos en su barco en Perú. Que por Providencia de 26 de enero de 2024 se requirió al ejecutado para publicar
la sentencia de la Sección 6ª de la Audiencia Provincial de A Coruña de 14 de noviembre
de 2022 “en los términos descritos en el fundamento de derecho tercero del Auto firme
de fecha 14/12/2023, esto es: directamente en la portada o primera plana del diario
digital “Xornal Galicia” el encabezamiento y el fallo o parte dispositiva y en las páginas
sucesivas el contenido íntegro de la misma, no por un enlace, y por un período de 3
meses, debiendo comunicar al juzgado el día que se inicia la publicación, para
efectuar el adecuado cómputo, y remitir copia escrita de la publicación”. A día de hoy
no le consta a esta parte que el ejecutado haya notificado al Juzgado el día de inicio de la

Estimado D. Miguel Ángel Delgado:
Por la presente, acuso recibo de su denuncia de 9 de abril de 2021, 12 de julio de 2021 y 18 de marzo de 2022, registrada con la referencia CHAP(2021)01712.
En su denuncia, se dirige a la fiscal europea, D.ª Laura Köveski, para denunciar la inacción de las fiscalías españolas contra un supuesto caso de ocultación y malversación de fondos europeos por parte de un miembro, en aquel momento, de la Administración autonómica de Galicia. Además, y como consecuencia de denunciar tales supuestas infracciones de la legislación, afirma haber sufrido represalias en forma de acoso y persecución judicial. En consecuencia, solicita usted que se le conceda la condición de denunciante y las medidas de protección previstas en el artículo 21, apartado 7 de la Directiva 1937/2019 (1) (denominada «Directiva de la UE sobre la protección de los denunciantes»).
La Directiva se transpuso al ordenamiento jurídico español el 20 de febrero de 2023, mediante la Ley 2/2023, de 20 de febrero, reguladora de la protección de las personas que informen sobre infracciones normativas y de lucha contra la corrupción.
Sin embargo, me permito señalarle que corresponde a las autoridades nacionales, incluidos los órganos jurisdiccionales nacionales y defensores del pueblo, analizar cada caso atendiendo a las circunstancias particulares de cada uno y, si procede, a la luz del marco jurídico nacional en materia de protección de los denunciantes.
En lo más profundo de la Xunta de Galicia convertida por Feijóo y María del Mar en la selva, donde la vegetación se retuerce en espirales de verde intenso y los susurros del viento hablan de secretos oscuros, saqueo, corrupción a raudales propios de los años 40 de la mafia en San Francisco, se esconde una historia que hiela el corazón de quienes la escuchan. Es la leyenda de una asesora de Feijóo cuyo semblante angelical oculta la más profunda maldad, cuyo caracter emula al de la serpiente en cuerpo de mujer cuyo veneno se extiende como una sombra maligna sobre aquellos que se atreven a cruzarse su camino.

Se decía que esta mujer, cuyo nombre nunca se pronunciaba en voz alta por temor a atraer su mirada, era la encarnación misma de la perfidia a la que envidiaba el mismo Santanás. Su cabello con gafas reposadas caía en cascadas sobre su espalda, pero sus ojos eran tan fríos como el hielo y tan astutos como los de una serpiente acechando a su presa. Los funcionarios de San Caetano en la Xunta y ahora en Génova, la evitaban con recelo, sabedores de que su belleza era solo una trampa mortal.
Esta mujer, cuya alma estaba corrompida por la más oscura malevolencia, encontró un aliado en el caracter de una serpiente venenosa que habitaba en las profundidades de la San Caetano y tras la huída de Pablo Casadao en Génova 13. Juntas, tejieron una red de engaños y traiciones, sembrando el caos y la destrucción a su paso. La serpiente se enroscaba alrededor del cuerpo de la mujer, sus escamas resplandeciendo con un brillo siniestro que anunciaba la llegada de la desgracia.
Con una sonrisa cruel en los labios, la asesora seducía a los incautos que se aventuraban en la selva, atrayéndolos con promesas de riqueza y poder. Pero una vez atrapados en su red, revelaba su verdadero rostro: el de un ser despiadado que se regocijaba en el sufrimiento ajeno. La serpiente, su fiel compañera, se sumaba a la danza macabra, inyectando su veneno letal en las venas de aquellos que caían bajo su influencia.

Los relatos de sus fechorías se extendieron como una plaga por toda la red de Internet, redes sociales, canales de Youtube, Tutwer, Istagram, Tic Toc etc, pero nadie se atrevía a enfrentarse a la serpiente en cuerpo de mujer. Sus artimañas eran tan astutas como las de un depredador acechando a su presa, y su crueldad no conocía límites.

A medida que pasan los años, su leyenda tras 11 años en la Xunta creció en tamaño y horror, hasta que se convirtió en un símbolo de terror para todos aquellos que habitaban en las cercanías de la Xunta de Galicia, aún hoy hay muchos funcionarios que nos e atreven a bajar ni demabular por los edificios por dun miedo terrorifico a cruzarse con su aguijón.
Mas amenazas a tutiple contra Miguel Delgado bajo una pensión de 500 euros y 70 años, mientras los juzgados de Santiago impasibles a ver si se muere de una vez
Y así, la serpiente en el cuerpo de mujer se convirtió en una advertencia sombría sobre los peligros de dejarse seducir por la apariencia y la astucia. Lamentablemente para el periodista Miguel Delgado se ha convertido en su socia del 20% de la herencia que le dejo su madre emigrante en Venezuela, donde tambien dejo un rastro junto a Feijoo de corrupción, Argentina, Uruguay, México un reguero de sangre y muerte política bajo la corrupción, es el acicate de su curriculum para la posteridad.
En Xornal Galicia ya es el día a día la llegada de burofaxes y amenazas de querellas directas y de recaderos de Mar Sánchez Sierra que llegan a su máximo exponente en el día de ayer, no se corta ni un pelo en amenazar nuevamente con el abogado de Mar Sánchez Sierra si no borramos videos vinculados a la Corrupción del PP y los narcos, las mismas nos llegan tras negarnos a borrar el video con las informaciones perfectamente documentadas y acreditadas con sus fuentes solventes y documentadas entre otras de Informe Semanal de la RTVE y de Vigilancia Aduanera sobre los narcotraficantes en la Ría de Arosa.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your complaint of April 9, 2021, July 12, 2021, and March 18, 2022, registered with reference CHAP(2021)01712.
In your complaint, you address the European prosecutor, Ms. Laura Köveski, to denounce the inaction of Spanish prosecutors against a supposed case of concealment and embezzlement of European funds by a member, at that time, of the regional administration of Galicia. In addition, and as a result of denouncing such alleged violations of the law, you claim to have suffered reprisals in the form of harassment and judicial persecution. Consequently, you request to be granted whistleblower status and the protection measures provided for in Article 21, paragraph 7 of Directive 1937/2019 (1) (known as the "EU Directive on the protection of whistleblowers").
The Directive was transposed into Spanish law on February 20, 2023, through Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons reporting breaches of regulations and combating corruption.
However, I would like to point out that it is the responsibility of national authorities, including national judicial bodies and ombudsmen, to analyze each case taking into account the particular circumstances of each one and, if appropriate, in light of the national legal framework on protection of whistleblowers.

¿Por qué las serpientes fueron un símbolo asociado a la Diosa madre?
La forma de reptar de las serpientes evoca las ondulaciones de la vida. Meandros, ríos, bailes sinuosos, los dibujos que el viento deja en la arena del desierto, los anillos de los árboles, las raíces de los vegetales, la hélice del ADN.... pero nada tan llamativo como el cordón umbilical.
